RPC Error 1722 again with Windows XP and SP2

Using windows XP with SP2, you have to install the registry key described in
KB 838191. It worked until last week, when i installed the latest security
patches from Microsoft.

Now i cannot access the RPC server again. The registry key on the server is
still installed. Do I have to install another key. I think the security or
authentication needs some more registry entries for anonymous access.

I installed the following registry key on both systems:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\RPC]
"RestrictRemoteClients"=dword:00000000

I disabled the firewall
